Charissa specialises in litigation before Dutch courts in various areas such as banking and finance, corporate, CSR, insolvency and restructuring.
Since joining De Brauw in 2016, Charissa has advised numerous Dutch and international corporates and financial institutions. Before joining the Litigation department, Charissa was part of De Brauw's Finance and Restructuring team, where she advised on complex multi-jurisdictional financing arrangements and restructuring transactions, and worked with leading independent law firms on cross-border transactions.
