Cihan is a Senior Associate in De Brauw's arbitration and litigation practice.

Cihan is a dual-qualified lawyer, specialising in international commercial and investment arbitration. He has acted as counsel in arbitrations under the ICC, ICSID, NAI and UNCITRAL rules, arising out of investment treaties and complex commercial agreements, including M&A transactions. He regularly advises listed companies and multinational corporations on complex, cross-border disputes.

Before joining De Brauw, Cihan gained considerable experience in the international arbitration practices of British and American international law firms as well as at the International Court of Arbitration (ICC) in Paris, France.
