David is an associate in De Brauw's Corporate Advisory practice, where he focuses on corporate law, including governance, advisory and M&A matters. David is particularly interested in corporate governance standards relating to executive compensation arrangements, a topic which continues to expand in response to scrutiny by activist shareholders, among others.
David also advises on matters regarding workforce engagement, and was formerly part of De Brauw's Employment and Employee Benefits practice.
