David is a senior associate in De Brauw’s corporate advisory & corporate governance practice. He advises listed and private companies on corporate governance and structuring matters. He also works on various national and cross-border transactions, including de-SPACs, joint ventures, and public and private M&A matters.

David focuses on executive remuneration arrangements and on equity compensation and incentive schemes, mainly in connection with mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. He also advises a number of listed companies and their remuneration committees on sophisticated executive remuneration issues, including governance and compliance matters, and public disclosures.

David was formerly part of De Brauw's employment and employee benefits practice, and is still engaged in matters at the interface of employment and corporate law.
