His corporate employment practice covers all matters relating to shifts in corporate strategy and direction, both transactional and advisory. He has a particular focus on executive appointments and turnovers; cross-border and domestic employee participation and workforce engagement; the structuring and designing of employee transfers, reorganisations and collective redundancies; and benefits and incentive workstreams in business transactions.

David also specialises in executive remuneration and corporate governance, with a focus on public companies. He frequently advises on remuneration policy amendments; say-on-pay matters; remuneration disclosures; and fiduciary duties and responsibilities of remuneration committees, including remuneration policy compliance.

David previously worked as a senior associate in the Corporate Advisory group.
