Freek specialises in corporate and commercial litigation, both before Dutch courts and in arbitration. He has acted as counsel in multiple complex international disputes, where he has gained valuable experience in post-M&A disputes.

Before joining the litigation practice, Freek worked on mergers and acquisitions in De Brauw’s corporate department.
