Johan has a broad practice as a litigator before the Dutch courts, including the Supreme Court, with a particular focus on commercial disputes and mass claims. He has represented and advised numerous Dutch and international corporates in complex and cross-border litigation. Johan has a particular affinity for contract law and procedural law.
Before joining the Litigation practice, Johan worked in De Brauw’s Finance practice, advising on a wide array of finance transactions, from corporate syndicated loan refinancings to bond programmes and convertible bonds.
