Marjolein specialises in dispute resolution with a focus on commercial litigation, where she represents Dutch and international companies in large-scale disputes, and advises on contract law, liability law, mass claims and follow-on litigation. In addition to her litigation work, Marjolein regularly assists clients in contract-related matters. Since joining De Brauw in 2014, Marjolein has also gained experience in real estate matters. She also lectures on contract law at the University of Amsterdam, and previously formed part of De Brauw's in-house training programme for new associates.

Marjolein is a member De Brauw's pro bono committee.
