Tes is a partner in De Brauw's Arbitration and Litigation group. She specialises in international commercial arbitration. Tes has a strong track record in complex, high-stakes disputes across a broad range of industries, with a particular focus on the energy sector.  

Tes combines her litigation experience with an in-house perspective. During a secondment to the global litigation department of Shell in The Hague, Tes spent a year working on the management of Shell's litigation portfolio.

Tes also has a background in tax law and started her career as a member of De Brauw's corporate tax team.

In addition to her practice, Tes lectures on international arbitration at VU University Amsterdam and is an Executive Board Member of the Dutch Arbitration Association.
