URUS companies service dairy and beef producers in more than 80 countries around the globe. As a market leader in dairy information management, the URUS cloud platform monitors over 14 million cows and heifers across 6,000 dairies. With their partnership, CVC, CRI and Pon intend to enable URUS Group to pursue the next phase of its ambitious growth plan, and further accelerate the development of its business and product portfolio for its members and clients. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2024. De Brauw acted as counsel to Pon, advising on a range of topics including corporate, M&A, tax and competition.
