Esther specialises in pension law and employment law. She advises and litigates on a wide range of pension and employment-related issues in collective and individual cases, as well as in M&A transactions.

Esther has broad expertise in pension, insurance and investment management related issues. Esther is a Dutch certified pension lawyer. She litigates for both employers and pension providers. She also has a classic employment law practice, advising and litigating in collective and individual employment law disputes and employment and pension aspects in M&A transactions.

Before joining De Brauw, Esther worked as a researcher and lecturer on civil law and civil procedural law at the University of Leiden.
