CSC and Intertrust agree on all-cash EUR 1.8 billion public offer for Intertrust

De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek is advising Intertrust N.V. ("Intertrust") on its EUR 1.8 billion takeover offer by Corporation Service Company ("CSC"), announced 6 December 2021.

CSC, a leading provider of corporate, legal, tax, and digital brand services, and Intertrust, a global leader in providing tech-enabled fund and corporate solutions, announce that a conditional agreement has been reached on a recommended public offer for all issued and outstanding ordinary shares of Intertrust for EUR 20.00 (cum dividend) in cash per share. The public offer for Intertrust represents an equity value of approximately EUR 1.8 billion. More information can be found in the parties' joint press release.
