Roos manages those cases where the transactional aspects of intellectual property rights are a central element of the matter. She has over nine years of experience in the IP practice and is a seasoned transactional lawyer. She advises on, negotiates and drafts IP-related agreements and structures. Roos is closely connected to De Brauw's Corporate department, and forms part of multidisciplinary teams for M&amp;A-related matters, financing and restructuring. Stephanie is a forceful competition and FDI lawyer with over a decade of experience practicing in Brussels, Amsterdam and New York. Stephanie counsels clients on a broad range of European and Dutch competition and FDI related matters, building on her experience representing multinational clients before the European Commission as well as Dutch and US authorities. Stephanie has built up extensive skills and knowledge in transactional matters – winning clearance for complex remedies across the globe and acting as lead counsel in the coordination of many international merger filings. Lennard is a partner in De Brauw’s Corporate/M&amp;A practice, and head of the private equity practice. He acts for Dutch and international private equity firms on their acquisitions and exit transactions, as well for other matters throughout the investment period. In addition, Lennard regularly acts for founders and family-owned companies who wish to sell their company or to partner with private equity.
