HEMA, Jumbo and BACU reach an agreement for the sale of the HEMA bakeries and the entry into a supply agreement for the continued supply of bakery products to HEMA.

HEMA B.V., owned by a consortium of Parcom and Mississippi Ventures (Jumbo), has reached an agreement with B.A.C. Onroerend Goed B.V. (BACU) for the contemplated sale of 100% of the outstanding shares of HEMA Bakkerijen B.V.. The divestment fits within HEMA’s strategic focus in the next years.
