Sasja is a corporate lawyer focusing on mergers and acquisitions and, in particular, private equity. In addition, Sasja is active in the firm's pro bono efforts. 
Before joining De Brauw's Corporate M&amp;A practice, Sasja was a member of De Brauw's commercial litigation department. Sasja acted on behalf of both Dutch and international corporate clients active in diverse sectors in corporate and commercial litigation matters.

Barbara advises and litigates across the full spectrum of employment-related matters. She has significant expertise in traditional, individual employment matters, as well as in corporate transaction-related projects.
Barbara and her team lead relevant employment issues in transactions throughout the preparatory phase and completion; this includes assisting in transfers of undertaking (TUPE). Barbara identifies employment-related priorities and issues in other jurisdictions and is highly experienced in dealing with their impact on relevant transactions.

Robert specialises in dispute resolution with a focus on commercial litigation. He advises Dutch and international companies on large-scale disputes and represents clients in legal proceedings. Robert has a broad practice with an emphasis on contract law, liability law and procedural law, and he works on complex matters, such as cross-border and mass claim litigation. In addition to his litigation work, Robert regularly advises clients in contracting matters. He also lectures on procedural law and contracting at the University of Amsterdam, and at De Brauw's in-house training programme for junior associates. Since joining De Brauw in 2016, Robert has also gained experience in national and cross-border M&amp;A transactions.

Charlot focuses on corporate law, governance, advisory, and litigation. She has been involved in a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, such as cross-border mergers and conversions. She also advises listed companies on corporate governance and shareholder activism. As part of De Brauw’s litigation practice, Charlot has participated in high-profile corporate litigation, including litigation before the Enterprise Chamber in Amsterdam.

Helen has extensive experience in all aspects of competition law, including merger control, cartels, dominance, vertical restraints and state aid. Clients value her in-house and private practice expertise, which allows her to understand business drivers and offer clear and practical advice, even in the most complex of matters. She has particular expertise and interest in digital markets, including mergers in this field and the convergence of competition law with consumer and data protection. She also advises on competition law issues in a wide variety of other sectors, including life sciences, energy, industrial/chemical and sustainability.
Helen joined De Brauw in September 2018, moving from her position as Director Competition Law at Akzo Nobel NV, where she was responsible for competition law and merger control matters globally. Prior to this, Helen spent 12 years advising clients on competition law at two international law firms in London, Brussels and Amsterdam. She has worked extensively with economists across a range of matters.

Yiyi is a senior associate in De Brauw's IP/Tech group. She has broad litigation experience across a range of sectors and including both soft IP (trademark, copyright, design) and patents, with a particular focus on complex cross-border matters.

owned by a consortium of Parcom and Mississippi Ventures (Jumbo), has reached an agreement with B.A.C. Onroerend Goed B.V. (BACU) for the
contemplated sale of 100% of the outstanding shares of HEMA Bakkerijen B.V.. The divestment fits within HEMA’s
strategic focus in the next years.
