Anfernee is an associate in our mergers & acquisitions practice. He has a background in corporate law and employment law, and regularly advises national and multi-national corporations and private equity investors on private M&A transactions.

Anfernee was formerly part of De Brauw's employment and employee benefits practice, where he advised on employment-related aspects of M&A transactions, such as works council consultation procedures, and remuneration and incentive matters.
