Summary

Fleur specialises in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Since joining De Brauw in 2016, she has advised national and multinational corporations and private equity investors on public and private M&A and joint venture transactions. Fleur has also been part of De Brauw's litigation practice, where she has gained experience in corporate, commercial and intellectual property litigation.

Fleur's work includes advising:

  • Eneco shareholders (44 Dutch municipalities) on the EUR 4.1 billion privatisation through a controlled auction
  • Intertrust on the EUR 1.7 billion public offer by CSC
