Demi is a senior associate focusing on mergers and acquisitions. She advises companies, founders and private equity clients on cross-border transactions.

Demi previously worked in De Brauw's Employment and Employee Benefits practice, where she gained significant experience in advising on employment-related aspects of M&A transactions and on remuneration and incentives matters.
